Terms of delivery 

Standard shipping
Available items will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days and usually delivered within 5 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. Backorders will be charged and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.

Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Changes to your order
Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the items you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
